1. Who we are

Digital Bizz Card (“[Registered business / proprietor name]”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website digitalbizzcard.com and sells hosted digital business card (“vCard”) services. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. What we sell

We build and host a personal digital business card at a subdomain of digitalbizzcard.com (for example, yourname.digitalbizzcard.com), based on the details you submit through our order form. We currently offer three one-time packages:

• Basic ($19) — hosted card, contact details, Save Contact button, personal QR code.
• Standard ($29) — everything in Basic, plus your photo and up to 6 custom links.
• Premium ($45) — everything in Standard, plus bio & testimonials, a Book a Call button, a printable offline card, and a matching email signature.

Package inclusions and pricing are as shown on the website at the time of purchase and may change for future orders without notice.

3. Orders and delivery

An order is placed by selecting a package, completing the order details form, and paying through our payment provider, Razorpay. Cards are typically delivered within 48 hours of receiving both your payment and your complete order details. Delivery time may be longer if submitted details are incomplete or require clarification — we will contact you at the email address you provide if that happens.

4. Revisions

Each package includes one round of reasonable revisions to correct or adjust the details you originally submitted (for example, a typo, a swapped link, or a color change). Requests that go materially beyond your original package — such as upgrading from Basic to Premium content after delivery — may be treated as a new order.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

6. Hosting

The one-time package price includes hosting your card at its subdomain for as long as we continue to offer this service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any change that would affect the availability of your hosted card.

7. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, links, images, and text you submit for your card. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo or content you upload, and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of your hosted card, including any downtime beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
