Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only
Digital Bizz Card sells a digital service, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. Your finished card is delivered by making it live at your chosen web address (e.g. yourname.digitalbizzcard.com) and notifying you by email.
2. Delivery timeline
Once we receive your payment and your completed order details, your card is typically delivered within 48 hours. If your order needs clarification (for example, a missing detail or an unclear photo), the 48-hour window begins once we have everything we need from you.
3. How you’ll know it’s ready
We’ll email you at the address you provided on the order form once your card is live, along with the link to view it.
4. Delays
On rare occasions delivery may take longer than 48 hours (for example, during high order volume or if we need to verify submitted content). If that happens, we’ll email you with an updated timeline.
5. Contact
If it’s been more than 48 hours since you submitted complete order details and you haven’t heard from us, email order@digitalbizzcard.com.
