This policy explains what personal information Digital Bizz Card (digitalbizzcard.com) collects when you place an order, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

2. Information we collect

When you submit our order details form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Business/job title and short bio, if provided
• Links you’d like included on your card
• A photo, if you choose to upload one
• Your preferred card subdomain, accent color, and (for Premium) card template/metal choices
• Any additional notes you include

Payment details (card numbers, UPI, etc.) are collected and processed directly by Razorpay — we never see or store this information ourselves.

3. How we use your information

We use the details you submit solely to build, host, and deliver your digital business card, and to contact you about your order if needed. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to process your payment.
• Our email/SMTP provider — to deliver order notifications and communicate with you.
• Our hosting provider — to host this website and your finished card.

We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your order details for as long as your card remains hosted, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7.

6. Cookies

This website runs on WordPress, which may set basic technical cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing sales@digitalbizzcard.com. Please note that deleting the data behind an active card will take the card offline.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
